Printers are notoriously troublesome, not just at Learning Lab, but any office environment with a shared printer.  There are a couple of things that you can quickly try that will hopefully make a difference:

  1. Make sure that there are no documents in your queue that have failed and are preventing your current document from printing.
       - Windows 7 Users: Click the Start button, then choose Devices and Printers.
       - All Other Windows Versions: Click the Start button
, then choose Settings, then choose Printers and Faxes.
Then double click the printer that you are using and it will pull up a list of documents that are currently trying to print.  If any of those documents are reporting an error, select them and choose Document > Cancel from the menu.  If your document still does not print, continue to the next step.
  2. Turn the printer off, and then back on.
  3. Restart your computer.
If you still cannot get your document to print, please submit a trouble ticket.
